Contact Centre Management Agency Sees Busiest Ever Day Following New Research
Contact Centre management and specialist recruitment agency, Cactus Search, saw their website’s busiest ever day on Thursday 12th November, following the release of their 2012 Salary Survey.
The survey was downloaded by over 1,200 people on the day of its release, proving that there is a clear demand for recruitment agencies, particularly in niche sectors, to supply a ‘value-added’
