2) Receive our Written Offer...
All formal purchase offers are submitted on legal, real estate purchase and sale agreement forms, and are transmitted to the seller by e-mail. Our written offer is left open for a few days to give the seller the opportunity to have it reviewed by their own local real estate professional or legal counsel if they should so desire.
3) Offer Acceptance and Inspections
If the offer is accepted, the seller signs the agreement and returns it to us by fax or e-mail.
