New Customers services Director takes Kashada hot seat

The online Cosmetics store Kashada cosmetics have hired a new Customers services director to make a start on their flagship online store, Kashada have been operating in the UK market since august 2011 and are now showing promising signs of growth.

The online Cosmetics store Kashada cosmetics have hired a new Customers services director to make a start on their flagship online store, Kashada have been operating in the UK  market since august 2011 and are now showing promising signs of growth.

Harpreet Channa is from a customers services background and has over 4 years experience in customers services field, with extensive brand reputation and customers relations management experience  

Damage control

Due to a very fast expansion the start up company struggled to keep up with the orders, which led to some customers complaints, refunds and brand reputation damage, Harpreet  has her work cut out, she has mainly been recruited to repair the damage.

Speaking to us on skype Harpeet told us “I am very excited to be part of a very fast growing company and looking forward to the immense challenges ahead of me, I understand kashada cosmetics hast been unable to cope with the demand right from start up and now I am here to ensure Customer come first, i intend to work on some new strategies in which customer queries are answered faster and more effectively, and work with the rest of the team to work out how we can make consumer journey more easier and enjoyable,”

CEO of kashada Javed khan told us “we needed to invest alot more resources into Kashada and customers services was one of the Core Areas,  With harpreet coming on this area is taken care of and we intend to start developing a long and happy relationship with our customers.”

Kashada Cosmetics has seen a massive increase in orders due to continually adding new products and as of summer 2012 they intend to go into services and consumer electronic products too. Javed went on to say “ 2012 is a huge year for Kashada cosmetics there will be soo many changes to Kashada website it self and we will be looking into services as well as products.”
