Lynn, MA Home Prices, Sales Decline in 2011

March 16, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of single-family and condominium homes in Lynn, Massachusetts decreased in 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

Single-family homes prices fell 5.6 percent in 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $11,000.  Single-family home sales in Lynn, MA fell 3 percent in 2011, a difference of 12 sales compared to 2010.  

The median price of condominiums decreased 4 percent ($4,500) in 2011, compared to 2010.  Condo sales declined 13.8 percent in 2011, a difference of 17 sales from the previous year.

Multi-family homes prices increased 10.5 percent in 2011 compared to 2010, a difference of $20,000.  Multi-family home sales in Lynn, MA significantly dropped 23.7 percent in 2011 compared to 2010, a difference of 60 sales.
