Eli’s Table announces dinner service beginning January 17, 2012

Jan. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Eli’s Table, a member of locally-owned Charleston Hospitality Group, is slated to begin a new dinner service on January 17.

Eli’s Table, formerly Joseph’s Restaurant, is located at 129 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC and opened as Eli’s Table in October 2011. The restaurant went through an extensive renovation, but Eli’s kept almost all of the dishes Joseph’s Restaurant served for breakfast and lunch. Joseph’s Restaurant never offered a dinner service in its 14 year history.

“I knew when we took over the location that we would offer a dinner service with Eli’s Table,” said owner, Sam Mustafa. “We just wanted to take the time to create a menu that was appealing to our guests, while remaining true to our desire to include fresh, local foods on our menu.”

Chefs Brett McKee, Eric Gaffin and Steven Jankowski came together to create a dinner menu that appeals to a variety of palates. The new menu focuses on fresh, Southern flavors and features everything from Veal Osso Bucco to “Old School Classic Spaghetti and Meatballs.” The menu also features several vegan and vegetarian options.  Appetizers range from $7.00 to $12.00 and entrees range in price from $14.00 to $24.00. A wine and beer menu is available, along with several specialty cocktails.

Eli’s is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for breakfast and lunch service. On Saturday and Sunday, Eli’s offers brunch from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Dinner will be served daily from 5:00 p.m.  Eli’s Table is available for private events and catering.
