Jan. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Walters Group will host an open house on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for Stafford Preserve, a luxury rental community currently under construction in Manahawkin. The event will be held at the sales and leasing center located at 246 Stafford Park Blvd., just off Exit 63 of the Garden State Parkway.

The open house will feature renderings of the new community, clubhouse amenities as well as samples of interior selections. Refreshments will be provided. Walters Group leasing specialists will be on hand to assist with the application process. As a special promotion, fees will be waived for applications received during the event. In addition, a State Farm Insurance representative will present information on renters' insurance. Design tips and catalogues will be distributed by Oskar Huber Furniture & Design. Costco membership information will be offered. Also, members of the Stafford Township Police Department will conduct a child identification program.

The first three buildings of Stafford Preserve, comprised of 36 eco-friendly units will be available for occupancy in May. When completed, the community will consist of 18 three-story buildings, combining new designs, conveniences and amenities to create luxurious apartment living at the Jersey Shore. The energy-efficient community will provide one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartments as well as two-bedroom townhouses. Each spacious apartment will include a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, window coverings and ceiling fans in the master bedroom.

The community also offers a limited number of handicapped units. Services and facilities onsite will include a community clubhouse with state-of the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, children's game room, tot-lot playground, tennis and basketball courts, picnic pavilion, one mile walking trail and barbeque area. Additionally, garages will be available for rent.
