Dynamic duo joins the team at Hemel Hempstead dealership

Jan. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- A record breaking year for car sales is the ambition for two new members of the sales team at Hemel Hempstead dealership, Brayley Honda, which has expanded its workforce as it looks ahead to the launch of a number of new Honda cars in 2012.

Tom Wright, aged 25 and Alex Hill, 30, have joined the dealership, as Sales Manager and Sales Executive respectively. The duo has already got off to promising start with 20 vehicles sold during their first month.

With a range of skills between them, gained from former roles, including chef, bricklayer, musician and car valeter, Tom and Alex have shown themselves to be gifted salespeople, as Brayley Honda’s Managing Director, Paul Brayley, comments:

According to Paul Brayley, the devastating consequences of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan had a major effect on UK Honda retailers in 2011 but the determination and resilience of his team at Brayley Honda enabled the company to deliver a sound financial performance:

“For half of 2011, our business could be likened to running a pub with no beer, as Honda and other manufacturers battled to come to terms with the challenge of stabilising production, having seen factories damaged and parts of the supply chain literally wiped out. As such, Brayley Honda has had to dig deep and demonstrate its mettle and there’s been great support from Honda UK. Everyone in the business has pulled together to look after our customers in the Hemel area and this has been a massive achievement. We look forward to a truly ‘Olympic’ year in 2012.”
