Priority Network Solutions Launches Colocation Services

With this launch, Priority Infrastructure Services offers colocation in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Miami. This new business unit also provides extensive fiber and copper interconnects in and between these facilities.

Priority Infrastructure Service's data centers have 2N emergency generator back-up power as well as an N+1 cooling and UPS configuration, the data centers also feature a return-air plenum, allowing for hot aisle containment to maximize energy efficiency. All of the data centers are SAS 70 Type II certified and includes security features such as mantraps, biometric readers, and 24-hour on-site security. Branch-circuit monitoring technology was installed to allow customers the ability to view their power consumption, provide more reliability and enable PIS to deliver a usage-based power pricing model.
