OS4 Techno to Open U.S. Headquarters at Newark's 570 Broad Street
Montreal-based IT Company has Leased at Berger Organization's Building
"OS4 Techno is the first internationally based tenant to lease space at 570 Broad Street since our company acquired it," said Brendan Berger, vice president of The Berger Organization. "We continue to see a great deal of interest in the building's availabilities and anticipate additional announcements regarding companies of OS4 Techno's stature in the coming months."
OS4 Techno's new U.S. headquarters will serve as a support center, providing English language coverage for the company's U.S. and international customers. In that role, the location will be the company's primary English language call center.

Located across from Newark's Washington Square Park, 570 Broad Street is within walking distance of both Newark Penn Station and Broad Street Station, as well as local dining, shopping and lodging, and entertainment venues like Prudential Center, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and Newark Bears Stadium. The property also is within walking distance of the Newark campuses of Seton Hall and Rutgers universities, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
In addition to 570 Broad Street, The Berger Organization's Newark portfolio includes landmark office buildings at 10, 50, and 60 Park Place (the Fireman's Insurance Building, Robert Treat Center, and Military Park Building, respectively)
