NewSat Joins the Pacific Telecommunications Council Conference

Jan. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- The annual PTC Conference will once again bring together global telecommunications leaders to discuss the trends, challenges and opportunities  facing the Asian telecommunications sector.

NewSat’s CTO, David Ball, will be one of the speakers at “New Ideas in Satellite for Asia: A Special Industry Think Tank and Workshop,” to be held on Sunday,  January 15 2012, 9.00 – 12.30. Other panelists in the said event will be ATCi CEO Gary Hatch and Scott Sprague, SVP of SES Global Sales. World Teleport Association Director Louis Zacharilla will be the moderator. The panelists will discuss the impact of Internet on daily life and growth opportunities for the satellite communications sector.

NewSat CEO, Adrian Ballintine, will join the panel on “Next Wave in the Asian Market,” scheduled on January 16, 2012, 15.45 – 17.15. The panelists will talk about the competitive landscape in the region, along with the developments in terrestrial technologies and communications services. The panelists will discuss how to adapt to the changes in the satellite communications market and share their market insights and predictions.
