Jaws hand pattied ground sirloin burgers, ice-cream milkshakes, fresh-squeezed lemonade, chocolate chip cookies made from scratch and now… fresh bread sub rolls made from scratch. The fresh sub rolls are used for submarine sandwiches which include 20 offerings of steak (real rib-eye), burger and chicken they are loaded with fine quality meats and fresh lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, mild banana ring peppers, vinegar, oil and oregano. The menu selection even includes a all-veggie sub for non-meat lovers. The rolls are made every day the old fashioned way: by hand. The only tools are a big bowl, a spoon, and a rolling pin. Every last sub bun is hand rolled and given an egg wash prior to baking, so they have a beautiful crispy crust after they are grilled with a touch of butter. The bread tastes just the rolls made in 40’s and 50’s. Jaws jumbo Burgers is a family friendly restaurant for all ages but is a paradise for baby boomers!
