1st Annual Nage Winter Food and Wine Festival

Jan. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Nage Rehoboth's 1st annual premier Winter  Food & Wine Festival is coming this January.
The Winter Wine Festival is sponsored by:
Nage,United Distributors, Southern Wine & Spirits, Dogfish Head Brewery and  16 Mile.
Over 15 wines will be available along with wine representatives who will  be happy to answer questions and offer their expertise in wines and wine making.

"The Winter Wine Festival  gives everyone an opportunity to experience wine and food pairings in a casual and festive atmosphere" remarks Mark Harrison,organizer of the festival. "Whether you are a novice or a wine enthusiast" there is something for you at our festival."

To cleanse your palate between tastings enjoy a great array of  passed hors d' oeuvres  prepared by award winning Executive Chef Hari Cameron of Nage Restaurant.

Guests can look forward to cooking demos at 6pm and 7pm featuring Nage Chefs Hari Cameron and Ted Deptula.
A Risotto Station we will have our chefs cook it your way, pick from a variety of toppings... Chose from lobster butter, black truffle, imported cheeses and more....
Winter Beverage Station : Spicy Mexican Hot Chocolate, Hari's famous chai tea, coffees, and seasonal toppings,!
A station to introduce the Nage Marketplace opening this spring! Healthy, gourmet to go and catering!
Live entertainment provided by the acoustic sounds of  Nathan Johnson.

Last but not least a sampling of delectable Nage Desserts! by Nage pastry chef Keith Irwin!
