To many the thought of foreclosure is a disgrace or something to be ashamed of. Folks do not go on a guilt trip, because it is not all your fault. It was a part of the plan. Everything that happens in industry markets is initiated at the top in this case; Wall Street, Big Banking executives that were creating the banking and loan products, such as 125% loans and No Documentation loans. They weren't concerned if you could afford the loan or not they just wanted the 'paper' (mortgage note) so they could create mortgage backed securities by the droves. Well as a real estate broker, entrepreneur and licensed professional. I have seen many industry trends come and go in the past 20 years. The common question today is, how do I stop foreclosure? I have been a victim of the same usurpations and unlawful activities committed by Wall Street paper pushers, Big Banking fraud, Predatory Lenders and corrupt attorney firms.
