2011: A Sage Odyssey, A seminal Year for Greytrix ERP and CRM Consulting in India
Greytrix India Pvt Ltd, Sage Partner in Mumbai/Delhi announces 2011 year end review.
Greytrix, Sage Partner located in Mumbai, who is into Sage ERP and CRM products development, implementation and services also had a fantastic year with the significant accomplishments. Greytrix won different awards as well as acquired new milestones while catering to SME segment.
The beginning of the year, Greytrix, an established Sage partner in Mumbai, launched a regional office at Augusta point, Gurgaon, Delhi to cater the Delhi NCR region. Mr. Vikram Suri, Sage Software Middle-East and India Managing Director inaugurated and re-introduced Greytrix as the Sage Partner in North India as well.
In the mid of the year, Greytrix won the EDGE award hosted by Information Week in June 2011 at Mumbai for Best Retail ERP implementation for Cravatex, distributer of Proline, Fila fitness equipments and apparel. Greytrix achieved this recognition by providing a seamlessly integrated Retail ERP, POS and CRM solution which is actually an
integration of Sage ACCPAC ERP, Sage CRM and Tally Shoper POS. This was second time in a row that Greytrix won the EDGE award for a successful implementation. Before this Greytrix won the award for implemented an integrated Sage CRM and Sage Accpac ERP solution suite for Service Management to automate processes of voucher management, complaint management, customer interaction and financial operations for Reuter Market Light
While our implementation services won accolades in India our developments skills sets were recognised worldwide during the Sage Summit held in July 2011 at Washington, DC, USA. Greytrix was awarded the Sage Gold Development award for Sage CRM development in recognition to its development partner skills in Sage CRM both for domestic as well as international customers.
Greytrix welcomed many new clients on board this year from different domains such as medical equipment distributers, hotels, shipping and freight management companies, engineering products and services companies, sugar mills and cash printing and processing system companies. We added more than 50% increase in our New Customers.
