Frank Royal Named CEO of de novo Customer Interaction Services

Frank Royal has been named as the new CEO of de novo Customer Interaction Services, LLC. Royal who was previously the President and COO of iPacesetters, a global outsourcing company started in his new role on January 2nd 2012.

Jan. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Scottsdale, Arizona, Frank Royal of Interlachen, Florida, has been named as the new CEO of de novo Customer Interaction Services, LLC.  Royal who was previously the President and COO of iPacesetters, a global outsourcing company started in his new role on January 2nd 2012.  
Royal stated, “I am very excited about this new chapter in my career.  I have worked for some great organizations and I’m looking forward to leveraging that experience with de novo.  de novo’s  is a unique company that truly places its people and clients at the center of everything we do.”  
Royal’s background has distinctively prepared him for the task of running a global outsourcing company.  He started his call center career nearly 20 years ago as a customer service agent for AT&T.  He worked his way up the call center and BPO ladder working for several large BPO and telecommunications companies with progressive expansion of his scope of duties and responsibilities.
Royal joined Convergys Corporation in 1995.  During his tenure there, he was able to grow a portfolio from a 7.2 million dollar business to an organization with revenues of over 36 Million dollars in three and a half years.  In addition, Mr. Royal was the senior vice president of ICT Group based in Manila, Philippines.  In the nearly three years in his off-shore post he was responsible for launching two large BPO sites and managed a work force of 3,500 employees.  While in this post he was awarded the CEO’s leadership award for his work in improving productivity, reducing cost and building a growing revenue stream.  
Most recently Mr. Royal was the President and COO of iPacesetters.  iPacesetters experienced tremendous growth during the two plus years of his tenure, growing via the acquisition of multiple companies resulting in a revenue increase from eight million dollars to over 40 million annualized.  
Royal has managed organizations based in the US, Philippines, Jamaica, Argentina, Canada, India, Costa Rica and Mexico.  He has been in the Scottsdale, Arizona area for the last two plus years with his wife and two daughters.  Mr. Royal noted, “It is great to have this new opportunity with de novo and to be blessed to live in Scottsdale makes the experience special for my family and I.”
