The Perfectly Posh Business Opportunity employs a pay per rank policy for compensation. Consultants start out with a Protégé status, under which they are eligible for 20% commissions on personal sales. Those who reach $1000 in personal volume can be promoted to Pink status, which gives them 25% commissions on personal sales. Reaching $500 in personal volume per month is necessary to be promoted to Pink Plus 1 rank, which entitles consultants to 26% commissions on personal sales and frontline commissions from one downline representative. Perfectly Posh independent consultants can reach the highest earning potential of 31% when they reach the premier rank; this rate is then retained until Platinum Premier. Moreover, consultants who have a rank of premier and above can earn up to 6% in frontline bonuses when they recruit new members to their team.

Aside from employing a multi-level marketing approach, Perfectly Posh also follows a party-plan system for selling products. Under their hostess rewards system, posh hostesses can earn rewards and discounts for reaching minimum party sales of $200. Hostess rewards are given in the form of credits, which is a percentage of the total party sales. Hostesses can use their credits to purchase Perfectly Posh products. Aside from free credits, hostesses can also get 50% discount on a certain number of items, depending on party sales. Minimum sales of $200 will enable the hostess to purchase an item at half the price off alongside her $25 free credit.  Maximum rewards are $120 in free credits and 6 products at half the price off for hostesses who reach $1000 and above in party sales.
