OCFN has been working diligently to stabilize its internal operations in order to seek positive progression this year.  OCFN shall be taking advantage of what began as small signs towards a stabilizing US economy, which started to show in late 2010.  OCFN’s initial step entails strategically hiring as many as fifty Sr. Lending Specialists in 2012 to offer its commercial real estate financing programs. This initiative is being led by a surging need for capital by commercial property owners both domestically and globally. Further strategic plans call for the implementation of a Eurozone asset acquisition strategy that will focus on purchasing distressed banks CMBS and CRE properties at discounted prices by using proven financial market advisor's historical models based on the 2008 US financial crisis.  These strategies will be supported through some recently attained relationships with CRE capital market organizations.  OCFN is confident it can offer common stock or preferred stock through a CRE PIPE's offering or selling of restricted stock to Non-US citizens specifically for the purpose of acquiring Eurozone CRE discounted-assets from distressed banks, as well as the registration of free trading stock through an S1.  Another option could include a Shelf Registration of common stock to be utilized in the event of any possible increase in market value over the year.  OCFN has also completed the updating of their financial statements, which will enable them to become a fully reporting company in preparation for trading on the top tier of the OTCQX.
