New iPod/iPad App - Singular and Plurals - Identifying and Forming Singular and Plural Words

Jan. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- New iPod/iPad App - Singular and Plurals was developed to help students practice and master the important language skill of identifying and forming singular and plural words.

Ways to Play
Practice Level The student is asked to find a singular or plural word in a sentence. Given three word choices, the student will choose the correct singular or plural word. An incorrect response allows the student to read the sentence again and select the correct answer.

Single Player The student plays a Bingo-like game against the computer. The student is asked to identify a singular or plural word. He/she reads the sentence. Given three word choices, the student will choose the correct word to finish the sentence or short passage. Chosing the correct singular or plural word allows the student to place a marker on the game card. Five markers in a row win the game.

Multi Player The student plays a Bingo-like game against another student. The first student to fill his/her game card with five markers in a row wins the game.
