The Signature Room's Traditional Sunday Brunch Gets A New Twist

March 1, 2012 - PRLog -- CHICAGO, Ill. – On Sunday mornings, friends and families gather to enjoy brunch at The Signature Room at the 95th, over 1,100 feet above The Magnificent Mile.  The dining event is a favorite with Chicagoans and visitors alike, and now guests will be treated to a new twist on this popular dining experience.  The Signature Room's new Sunday Brunch combines the flexibility and variety of buffet service with the fine dining experience of ordering freshly prepared, plated entrees served at the table.

“We call this a hybrid Sunday Brunch – one that offers our guests the ability to indulge in the grand buffet of starters before sitting down together for individual entrees served at each table,” said Angela Aspito, director of operations for the popular Chicago dining destination.

Upon arrival, guests are invited to begin their Sunday Brunch with a visit to the expansive buffet of starters which includes a variety of fresh seafood, assorted fruit, yogurt and granola parfaits, seasonal market salads, artisan cheeses and cured meats.  From the a la carte menu, guests can order as many entrees as they’d like, with each prepared fresh and served plated at the table.  Topping off the meal, diners can indulge in the sinfully sweet dessert buffet filled with house made confections including a selection of freshly baked cookies, seasonal pastries and a live action station where irresistible treats are made to order.

Live musical entertainment provides a sophisticated ambiance throughout the grand space overlooking the lakefront and city below.  A full wine list and beverage selection is available, including the specialty Caramelized Pineapple Mimosa Cocktail for a cheery toast.  Served from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m., each Sunday, the Signature Room’s “hybrid” Sunday Brunch costs $45/adults; $25/Children under 12; Free under 3.
