Forum Aparthotel is located two blocks from the Lafayette Forum and in the center of the largest fashion area of the region, which concentrates the trade of clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories and related products. We are also close to the downtown area, Savassi, Station Road, the Minascentro, the Gameleira Exhibition and the  Expominas Convention Center.

There are only 38 apartments, four (4) per floor. They are all spacious and comfortable standard accommodation with 50 m², wood laminate flooring, single bed or double beds and bathrooms with hair dryer. To the high standard decoration we add cable TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, telephone, clock radio, bedside lamp, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. All apartments have the ability to comfortably host up to 03 (three) people.

Forum Aparthotel offers full-service laundry, telephone, parking, breakfast and complimentary wireless internet, and room service, with extensive menu of salads, soups, meat dishes white and red, pasta, desserts and drinks. Besides all these advantages, for convenience and safety of its guests, the hotel offers parking.

Forum Apart Hotel has two conference rooms, each with 74m² with large balconies and ceiling height of 3.50 m. The halls are equipped with infrastructure for various types of events and small meetings, seminars, business courses, parties, corporate gatherings and more.
