CallGrader is the brain child of the founders of CityVoice a Search Marketing and SEO firm that specialized in working with plumbing and HVAC contractors.

“While working on CityVoice, we learned that the SMB world as a whole had limited resources available to them to help them run their companies efficiently,” states Dan Garcia, one of the founders of CallGrader.  “ Many small businesses these days need a little boost when it comes to learning the best way to extract profit out of their companies. The CallGrader approach, according to the founders, is to create a very simple platform that tracks relevant data that is crucial to marketing and business success. CallGrader realizes that business owners are extremely busy people and they need something that is quick, accurate, and easy. CallGrader is currently in Beta and is accepting Beta users until March.
