Follow on Google News | Dunhurst 1st XI win football league Played 9, Won 9, Goals for 54, Goals against 9The first XI boys’ football team from Dunhurst, Bedales Junior School, has won every 11-a-side game this term and the entire league, as well their own Dunhurst 6-a-side competition.
By: Bedales Schools The season got off to a cracking start for the U13A team with a comfortable 8-0 victory against Frensham Heights which was followed by more wins against Sherfield School, Seaford College, Mayville High School and Great Ballard School. The period after half term saw the team beat Ditcham Park, King Edward’s School, and Bedales U14s, rounding the season off with a stunning 11-1 victory against More House School. Dunhurst Deputy Head and team coach Alan Simmons said: “I am incredibly proud of the team for what they have achieved this term; they have been magnificent in their preparation, application, attitude and commitment. This is an exceptional side and clearly one that is heading for great things at our senior school next year. Bedales will inherit a super squad and will certainly benefit both from the players’ skill levels, and their focus and desire to improve.
