All Axcess, which manufactures, supplies and fits several different types of lifts proved just how important customer service is to them when they recently took a trip with the unique Hiro 160 curved stair lift when a prestigious client requested a meeting.
The All Axcess team offered potential clients the chance to go and see the Hiro lift in action by supplying free tickets to Birmingham’s Interbuild Exhibition.

However, due to time constraints and availability, one potential client could not make it, so the team decided to take the lift to him instead. Whilst the exhibition stand was being set up in Birmingham, the team drove the Hiro on a 250 mile round trip to London.

The All Axcess team showed that they are willing to adapt to any situation in order to offer clients the best possible service and ended up demonstrating the unique Hiro 160 curved stair lift from the back of their van.

The client was duly impressed and the meeting led to a successful order for All Axcess, which could lead to several more Hiro lifts being ordered by the same client in the future.
