A DealMela BOF is the centre for recruiting and retaining successful Business Development Associates (BDAs) and affiliates responsible for execution of the DealMela value proposition on the field. While BDAs work as employees of BOFs, affiliates work independently. Along with the responsibility for providing the necessary office infrastructure, the BOF will provide administrative and technical support services to the BDAs/ affiliates. General administration pertaining to BDA payroll, payment of office bills, dealing with business ownership tax issues and meeting regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the BOFs.

DealMela is rolling out a network of BOFs, whose network and experience will provide a wealth of invaluable information to the BDAs/ affiliates whom they would appoint from their offices. To support the success of this network, there are training programs and a suite of proprietary IT products which DealMela has developed in order to support the proposed framework. With all the technical, logistical, legal and operational support DealMela provides, the BOF can get its office up and running very quickly focusing on recruiting successful BDAs/ associates and generating business.
