The number one by a large margin this year was Beef Wellington (http://www.easyfoodandwine.com/Beef-Wellington-Recipe-Wine-Pairing.html ), followed by Lobster Macaroni and Cheese ( http://www.easyfoodandwine.com/Lobster-Macaroni-and-Cheese-Recipe.html ) and Stuffed Chicken Breast (http://www.easyfoodandwine.com/Stuffed-Chicken-Breast-Recipe-Wine-Pairing.html ).

“The recipes people are interested in on our site changes to some degree seasonally, and we love seeing what people are most interested in making for their holiday meals each year,” said Mike, co-founder of EasyFoodandWine.com. “Beef Wellington, which we’ve had as a recipe on our site for several years, always becomes more popular during December but that level of interest just skyrocketed this year.”

During the month of December, visitors to the site’s Beef Wellington recipe increased by almost 400%, and the recipe easily placed as the most popular that month with close to double the amount of traffic as the next most popular recipe. Interest in the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese recipe also increased significantly, by almost 200%, and took the number two spot. Stuffed chicken breast, which has been the most popular recipe through the rest of the year, still held strong as the third most popular dish.
