Dec. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- The employee received a letter threatening legal action for exercising their right to freedom of speech. The ex-employee is  stating and exercising their right to tell their story of how Everest College singled them out, harassed them and then terminated them right before the holiday, simply, because some students that the ex-employee enrolled were unable to start school because of personal problems. This kind of treatment of Admissions Advisors/Representatives was supposed to stop with the GOA investigations.
Everest Lawyers state in this letter that if the ex-employee does not stop talking about what Everest did and talking to people about what happened, that they will bring legal action against them.

Since when do corporations tell law bidding citizen’s what they can or cannot talk about in order to protect wrong doings by the corporation. This ex-employee is stating the facts of what Everest did to them, and is now being threatened by Corinthian/Everest College.
The letter also states in a round-about way, that ex-employees are not allowed to take information of wrong doing on the company’s part, to the correct government/authorities.
