The Electric Company of Reno Is Helping To Sell Tickets For Sparks Rotary Mad Money Raffle

Dec. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- The Rotary Club of Sparks continues to help the community through various projects and fundraisers.

Sparks Rotarians are currently participating in the Mad Money Raffle, an annual fundraiser for the volunteer organization. The prize for the raffle is $10,000. Raffle tickets sell for $50.00 each and only 1,000 tickets will be sold. The money from the Mad Money Raffle will be used to sponsor various Rotary events and programs, such as Kids Free Fishing Day, Rotary Business Academy and Rotary Youth Exchange. The money will also help to fund numerous local charities.

“The Mad Money Raffle is a wonderful way to support the great work we do in the community,” Bob Lord, Past President of the Rotary Club of Sparks and owner of The Electric Company, says. “Each ticket has a 1 in 1,000 chance of winning the $10,000 prize. You just can’t get better odds than that!”

Sparks Mayor Geno Martini will draw the winning ticket at the Sparks Hometown Christmas Parade on December 4, 20010. The winner does not need not to be present to win.
