Nine Affordable, High-Quality Park Homes Ready for Homebuyers

Dec. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- The City of Buena Park today announced the completion of nine new homes that are affordable, high quality and energy-efficient.  The New House Buena Park 9 is the result of a unique public-private partnership between the City of Buena Park and RSI Development.  

Located throughout Buena Park, the Craftsman style, single-family detached houses range from 1,585 to 1,968 square feet and consist of three and four bedroom floor plans. Each of the homes includes central air conditioning, custom kitchens with granite countertops, ENERGY STARÒ appliances and beautiful exterior landscaping.

“Thanks to RSI Development’s ability to build these homes in approximately eight weeks and the company’s attention to cost-savings, The City of Buena Park is able to offer these homes at prices that meet stringent affordable housing requirements,” said Scott Riordan, manager of the City of Buena Park’s Redevelopment Agency. “This partnership makes the dream of homeownership a reality for working families, representing a positive impact for the Buena Park community that is immeasurable.”

Because of The City of Buena Park’s provision of land and RSI Development’s application of its Precision Built Construction Process, these high-quality homes will be sold at prices $150,000 to $200,000 below other new homes nearby. The nine homes are being sold for $354,500 for the smaller three-bedroom models and $381,400 for the larger, four-bedroom models.
