Dec. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- HORSHAM, Pa. - CareCoach, the unique online and mobile application that allows patients to plan, record and review their healthcare visits, today announced the addition of audio transcription services to its suite of personal healthcare management tools. In addition to creating a personal audio health record, members of CareCoach can now turn their interactions with healthcare providers into accurate written transcripts which may then be securely stored, reviewed and shared with family and caregivers. To celebrate its announcement, CareCoach is offering unlimited free transcripts during the months of December and January.

By being able to record the office visit and receive a written transcript of that conversation, CareCoach members can easily refer back to their visit to gain a better understanding of the important information being shared by their healthcare providers.”

Adding to its robust suite of personal healthcare management tools, CareCoach soon plans to offer integration with HealthVault, Microsoft’s service for storing, managing and accessing patient medical information.
