Probate.com is owned by Probate Partners, LLC, a partnership between Harvey E. Morse, P.A. and Scorpion Design, Inc. – both of whom shared a common vision of creating an all-inclusive “one-stop-shop” for probate-related needs. When Harvey E. Morse, P.C., an international genealogical research firm, was looking for a technological partner to help them venture into this undertaking, it did not take them long to choose to work with Scorpion Design, a website design and marketing company based in Southern California.

When asked why he chose to work with Scorpion, Harvey E. According to Morse, the better question would be what one wouldn’t be able to find. “As a lawyer, when probating a typical estate, one can expect to encounter the need for realtors, CPAs, valuators, appraisers, investigators to locate witnesses to Wills, experts who can locate missing heirs, funeral homes, tax specialists, and litigators to name a few, especially when a decedent owns property in multiple states, jurisdictions or countries.”

A visitor on the site would be able to find all of the above and in the future would even be able to find contact information for local probate courts, as well as employment opportunities. As Morse said, “It is my hope that Probate.Com will become recognized as an ultimate Internet ‘go-to’ site for any and everything probate, not only in the United States, but eventually worldwide.”
