Haverhill, MA Home Prices Down, Sales Up November 2011

Feb. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes and condominiums in Haverhill, Massachusetts decreased in November 2011 while sales increased, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, the largest exclusive buyer agent real estate firm in Massachusetts.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes fell 2.4 percent in November 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $5,500.  Single-family home sales in Haverhill, MA increased 20.8 percent in November 2011, a difference of five sales compared to November 2010.  

Condominium sales increased 7.1 percent in November 2011, a difference of one sale compared to November 2010. The median price of condos fell 19.1 percent in November 2011, a difference of $34,500 compared to the previous November.

Mutli-family home sales fell 33.3 percent in November 2011, a difference of three sales compared to November 2010. The median price of condos rose 11.4 percent in November 2011, a difference of $16,500 compared to November 2010.
