Realist® houses a massive database of tax, owner, assessor, foreclosure and transactional information about every property in MRED’s market area, with a user interface that is unparalleled in the industry.

The latest version of Realist® is now live and fully integrated into MRED’s MLS system, connectMLS™.  It has transformed how MRED’s Brokers, Agents and Appraisers research properties, tax and ownership data.
