Westville Recieve Customer Service Statistics

Dec. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Always striving to provide the best possible service and experience to customers, here at  Westville Insulation we actually have a partnership with French energy giant EDF Energy, whereby our work and customers are monitored and surveyed to ensure that we are providing the best level of customer service possible.

A multiple question survey is done by EDF and then compiled into a report to provide the company in question with a detailed overview of where they are doing well, or not so well, so that they can improve their customer service in the future, and wouldn't you know it, ours has just recently arrived with us!

The report spelt great news for us as a whole, and the in the results of the 9 question survey, of the 679 Westville jobs surveyed, not one single person replied with anything less than 'quite satisfied' with a massive majority answering that they were very satisfied with all of the areas asked, and even gaining 100% yes results for questions was the job done on time?, were the team well presented and polite?, and did they clean up after themselves? However, don't expect us to rest on our laurels however, we are always striving to improve on everything we do, and with winter well and truly here accompanied by rising fuel prices, home insulation has never been a bigger issue!
