'Application of Impossible Things - A Near Death Experience in Iraq' by Natalie Sudman
'Natalie Sudman’s account of being Out of Body during her dance with death explodes off the page. In the blink of an eye she travels dimensions that shred time and space. DON'T miss it!' Paul Rademacher Executive Director, The Monroe Institute
It all happened in the blink of an eye, an instant that would change her life and the way Natalie Sudman saw everything from that moment.
An archaeologist in the Great Basin states for sixteen years before accepting a position managing construction contracts in Iraq, Natalie Sudman tells the story of her encounter with a road side bomb and what happened when she left her body and had what is called a Near Death Experience.
'I was in a truck, head on hand, half asleep, and then I was not. I’ll call this instantaneous movement “blinking”
What follows is Natalie’s stunning account of her out-of-body experience, in which she shares with us in extraordinary detail what can happen in a few short seconds and describes the vast possibilities and infinite potential of the space between seconds.
In the NDE space, or what she calls the ‘Blink Environment’
Yet it was not the injuries that she sustained or the effect they had on her when she came back that she feels is the compelling part of the story she tells. Rather it is the spectacular force of life and love that keeps us here and keeps us coming back here.
She hesitated to write her account of what took place in the infinite expanse of space and time that she experienced in those few seconds between the bomb hitting her truck and her regaining consciousness. After all, she reasoned, there are many other books outs there that explore NDEs, so she asked herself why hers was any different.
Psychic from childhood, Natalie has always believed the paranormal is normal, and in writing this book, puts aside all her insecurities over being ridiculed by people whose opinions matter to her, and shares her experiences in the hope of helping others who might otherwise be unable to explain some of their own experiences.
‘Bang bang sells in many forms, but I believe more complex stories contain valuable truths. I wanted to be able to relate the experience in a way that faithfully described the fine and wonderfully wild condensation of humanity with its rich complexities and paradoxes, ending up somewhere that mattered... there may be people who want to know more yet haven’t found the particular voice they connect with, that causes them to think “Yes! Yes! Me too!”'
Raised in Minnesota, Natalie has lived most of her adult life in eastern Oregon, Montana and South Dakota and recently moved to southern Arizona. She has a particular interest in the intersections of science and the non-physical.
She has been a subject of studies performed by the University of Virginia’s Division of Perceptual Studies, and welcomes invitations to act as a lab rat for any scientific investigation. Describing herself as an open-minded skeptic, Natalie finds that the rigorous methodology of science appeals to her critical mind, while her artistic nature enjoys the expansive freedom of leaving behind the critical mind in frequent forays into the non-physical. She maintains that an irreverent sense of humor and a willingness to look foolish are the cornerstones of constructive exploration.
Now retired from government service, she reads and heals psychically, communicates with those who have passed over, and channels non-physical beings. She offers information regarding personal questions as well as addressing broader subjects such as the nature of space, time or reality.
