MetaCommunications Releases Approval Manager 2012

Project File Management

Reviewers and project managers now have the flexibility to view all the related files together and in context, but provide feedback and approval independently.

Real-time Collaboration
Reviewers can now collaborate in real-time using discussion threads within proofs. They can create comments, reply to comments and attach files directly to a proof file. These discussions are updated in a user's browsers instantly allowing reviewers and managers to share ideas as they provide feedback and approval. All users can collaborate and converse directly within Approval Manager, avoiding lost emails in already cluttered inboxes. Now everyone has an easy way to stay connected and up-to-date.

Approval Manager 2012 is available immediately as an on-premise solution or hosted in the cloud. The on-premise Express edition is free and includes unlimited users, storage and proofs.
