Oscar Hevia, MD and Ana R. Hevia, ARNP of Hevia Cosmetic Dermatology Honored With Proclamation

Dec. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- (Miami, Florida) Oscar Hevia, MD and Ana R. Hevia, ARNP of Hevia Cosmetic Dermatology were recently presented with a Proclamation signed by the Mayor of the City of Coral Gables, Jim Cason, naming a day in honor of them.

Vice Mayor William “Bill” Kerdyk presented the proclamation on behalf of the Mayor during the Grand Opening festivities of the Hevia’s practice new location at 550 Biltmore Way in Coral Gables.

The Proclamation acknowledged the dedication the Hevia’s have demonstrated to the community.  In addition to their many philanthropic activities over the years, the Hevia’s hosted a fundraiser during the grand opening naming the United Way of Miami-Dade as the beneficiary.  

Collaborating with premier business partners the Hevia’s were successful in collecting unique prize packages totaling over $10,000: including a custom designed Amethyst and Diamond Pendant by H&H Jewelers, two signature embellished scarves by couture designer Victoria Lopez-Castro,  a custom handbag from the Stella Vittorio Collection, vodka from Voli Vodka and Venue Magazine, and a gift certificate from Hevia Cosmetic Dermatology.  

Accompanying the proclamation certificate was an official City of Coral Gables Medallion.
