Pinoy Kubo Goes Global Come December 18
Pinoy Kubo, the topnotch social networking site for all Filipinos, will be back online December 18 (Philippine time) according to its founder Canadian ITT AstraQom Chief Jonathan Sowah
Pinoy Kubo founder, Jonathan Sowah, explained, " Astraqom decided that Iniche was THE company which could manage Pinoy Kubo because it believes in giving more support to upstart niche marketing sites like Pinoy Kubo. They have also gathered careful statistics and studies showing that it would be more convenient and efficient for a company within the USA to handle a social network like Pinoy Kubo considering that there is a very strong Philippine American community in the USA."
"This means better features for Pinoy Kubo beta 3 members. There will be more efficient features within PInoy Kubo for Fiipinos all around the world like better chat and games. The new Pinoy Kubo has more interactive features. For instance, members can challenge each other to play the latest interactive games. We also have a more efficient chat features and better applications for bloggers, " he announced.
The new Pinoy Kubo will also have the latest news, news discussions, performance and concert schedules of Filipino artists and international artists who will perform in Manila. He said, " for instance, if Paris Hilton comes back to Manila to visit her businesses there, we'll make sure that people know the news. The Stylistics will do a live concert in Manila on January 26. Then we have Avril Lavigne's Live Tour in Manila on February 16... there are so many things happening in Manila that people all around the world may want to know about."
Pinoy Kubo will also announce schedule of Filipino artists and when and where they will perform anywhere in the world, "so it becomes a two way channel... people abroad know when to go to Manila when they want to watch the Stylistics or David Pomeranz or Justine Beiber concert. On the other hand Filipinos all around the world will be informed when Martin Nievera or Sharon Cuneta or Charice will be performing anywhere in their respective countries."
Aside fro that, Sowah added that there will be more active news and commentary within the social network. "Of course, we'll have Philippine news but we'll also have global news that may affect the global Philippine community. For instance, the US elections and issues in the Middle East are important because of their impact on some 40 million Filipinos who live and work in North America and the Middle East".
"The fun will be there but it will be a more balanced and efficient social network geared and suited for global Filipinos who want to have every possible feature or application within one social network. We'll also have contests and more music, podcasts, and videos plus a lot of PinoyKubo coupons and contests", Sowah confirmed.
