Mr. Evanger is a seasoned veteran in the healthcare industry and an Entrepreneur Magazine Franchise 500 honoree, having carried out executive and sales operations leadership responsibilities at STERIS Corporation, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck & Co., Inc.

A 22 year veteran in global healthcare and business development, Mr. Evanger has been a leader within worldwide companies in the healthcare industry, an innovator in turnaround real estate asset services, and has founded and built a successful retail franchise company from the ground up.

Since 2009, Mr. Evanger has been a managing partner with Crimson Capital Advisors, a real estate services firm focused on turnaround strategies for complex distressed assets.  Prior to that, for more than a decade, he served as Chief Executive Officer of DOTI Franchising, Inc., an independent retail and commercial furnishings company that franchised nationwide. He founded the company and grew the concept from a single store to a $30 million company with 5 divisions, 250 employees and locations throughout the U.S. In recognition of this effort, he was awarded Franchise 500 status by Entrepreneur Magazine within a mere five years. He successfully sold DOTI Franchising to a strategic buyer.

Mr. Evanger has a notable and long-standing background in the healthcare industry, having served at STERIS Corporation, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck & Co., Inc.  
At STERIS Corporation, he was Director of Global Business Development and responsible for the coordination of purchases between STERIS and Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Earlier, he served as Regional Sales Manager for the ConvaTec division of Bristol-Myers Squibb with responsibilities for sales operations in 33 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. While at Merck, Mr. Evanger was Regional Sales Manager for Calgon Vestal Laboratories.

ACO Focus

Mr. Evanger will lead and execute the company’s enhanced business strategies and objectives, which are aligned with progressive Accountable Care Organization (ACO) measures. Measures for 2012 are based on a foundational goal of improving the quality of healthcare, all the while reducing associated costs.
