Dec. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- The software company, TimeSheet Reporter, which makes it possible to register time via the Outlook calendar, has just become certified Microsoft Partner.

Stamp of Approval

TimeSheet Reporter, which makes time registration software, has just been approved by Microsoft as certified Microsoft Silver Partner..
”It’s a great stamp of approval for us, ” CEO Thomas Testmann says. “Microsoft has in the last years tightened the requirements for partners, so it’s a great recognition for us to get. It also tells our customers that Microsoft approves us and our products.”

The Solution

TimeSheet Reporter offers a software solution which makes it possible to register time directly in the Microsoft Outlook calendar. When an appointment has been made in Outlook, information about organization, project and activity, and optionally a comment, is simply added. When the appointment is then completed, it is submitted with a single click (or multiple submitted at the same time), and a supervisor can then approve or reject the appointment.
Users of the system can furthermore, optionally, share data both ways with their other systems, for example ERP, CRM and accounting. You can for example import your customers and projects to TSR, and export the time registrations from TSR.
TimeSheet Reporter, which is a Danish company, today has customers several locations in the world.

International focus

”We still want to be the best at delivering time registration solutions, ” Thomas Testmann says, ”and we hope that the approval from Microsoft is also an expression for that we can be that.”
TimeSheet Reporter backs the international focus with various language support for the product, including English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Danish.

“The solution comes both as a hosted version, where we host the server part for the customers, as well as an on-premise version, where the customers host the server part themselves, “ says Thomas Testmann. “That means that both small and very large organizations and companies can benefit from the system.” Thomas Testmann continues, “It’s all based on Microsoft technologies, så that’s why this approval is a really important signal to our customers – we know what we are doing, and we want to be the best at this.”
