West USA Realty Buys Scottsdale Office

Dec. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- West USA Realty has a new Scottsdale, Arizona home for its 350 agents in that area. One K Investments, LLC, owned by Clay and Dianna Fouts, was the purchasing entity of the 7,700 square foot office condominium at 7077 E. Marilyn Road. Clay Fouts is President of West USA.  Located within the Kierland Commercial Masterplan in Scottsdale, the office condo sold for $1,100,000 and closed on November 22, 2011.  West USA Realty will be relocating from an existing office just a little over a block away that the company has occupied for 12 years.

Stearns Bank was the Seller and also provided the financing for the One K Investments, LLC. Jeffrey Smith, Vice President of West USA Realty, represented the buyer’s side of the transaction.
