Green Awards Names Gisele Bundchen Best Green International Celebrity

Dec. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Green Awards hailed Gisele Bundchen as the Best Green International Celebrity. Besting out other stars, the Brazilian supermodel won the title via an online poll. The following are the details about Bundchen's green works shared by MyCleaningProducts.

Bundchen, who starred in the campaigns of top fashion brands as Valentino and Versace became a green celebrity four years ago. Together with her family, she launched Drop of Water movement and the Clean Water Project in  2008. Since 2009, she is also a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program. With her fame, the Brazilian model also promoted awareness for the World's Environment Day that happened this June 5.

The awarding of the title was held at the National History Museum in London last November 24. Bundchen was in competition with Musician Miguel Bose and ex Beatle member Paul McCartney for the said award.
