                  Having a (2) coat sealant application to your pavement significantly increases the appearance of the building/home as well as extensively protects the surface from the following;
-   Protecting the surface against oil and gas spills which will result in an addition of penetration level for oil and gas as well as water. This will eventually cause the pavement to crack and loosen the sub-surface base which will potentially cause further major issues such as pavement shifting and fatigue cracking.
-   Easier to clean surface, waterproofed against all grease, waste and other agents.
-   Protects against power washing detergents and products used to rinse parking lots.
Most importantly it keeps the surface looking black to attract more heat; the hottest the surface gets the more flexible it becomes thus eliminating future cracking and major issues along the surface.
Products used are the Pave Shield* which is the most commonly used because of its long durability, great appearance and oil-based paint resistant to provide a long-lasting striping job.  
We also can apply Tarconite**, which will be a stronger material but is not resistant to oil-based paint for striping.  This product only supports water-based paint for striping.  (**This application is prohibited in Austin, TX**)
The procedure for these types of applications is quite simple.  There are a few steps to abide by prior to commencing;
-   Lot has to be fully prepared before any sealant can be laid.
-   All small rocks, dust, gravel and any other debris are removed from surface.
-   Seal coating may not be performed at temperatures below 45 degrees Fahrenheit (45F).
-   All applications are subject to a minimum of (24) hours prior to any traffic; up to (48) hours as needed.
All extremities are coated with (2) coats material applied by hand along the perimeter as well as all obstacles such as car stops and signs.  Then the main surface is coated twice by a spray down wand operator.  
The seal coating crew is composed of (4); driver, machine operator, wand operator and supervisor.  This crew is accompanied with a (2) man crew for pre-preparation of lot.  
The surface is then inspected by a 24-7 Under Pressure supervisor to ensure the quality of the application before each lot is released.
