Based out of Simi Valley, CA, iBroken took the food truck model and applied it to technology and expanded their operations to launch the first mobile iProduct repair vehicle.
“There are competitors in the iProduct repair space, both online and with retail locations, but iBroken is the first to dive into the mobile repair operations similar to that of food truck operators.” says Brett Shuemaker, COO of iBroken Inc. The iBroken truck, like food trucks will vsmoy be near business parks, events, malls, etc. Where ever tech savvy consumer is, you’ll find iBroken. Additionally, with the substantial growth in smart phones, and more specifically mobile Apple® devices, consumers now have an affordable option to the high cost of replacing their devices.
The iBroken truck goes to where the customer needs them the most. Repairs are done on-site at the mobile iBroken Truck and usually take about 20 minutes to complete.
"Millions of dollars are spent every year on iPhone repairs," said Mr. Shuemaker. iBroken is working on grabbing a significant piece of the national repair business.
