Evan Guthrie Law Firm Teaches Estate Planning Probate At Dorchester County Library

Dec. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Attorney Evan Guthrie of the Evan Guthrie Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina taught a class on the subject of the basics of estate planning at the Dorchester County Library in Summerville SC on Wednesday August 17th 2011. Attorney Guthrie explained how estate planning affects everyone and how important it is to have an estate plan even if you think you do not need one yet. Mr. Guthrie talked about wills, living trusts, probate court, power of attorney, and living wills in a simple and direct manner that everyone  was able to understand.

Attorney Evan Guthrie answered questions after making his presentation that ranged from what to do in order to get started probating an estate to how to challenge a will that had undue influence involved when it was being made. Attorney Guthrie enjoyed making the presentation to the group and being able to share his knowledge and give back to the community. Attorney Guthrie makes regular public presentations.
