The show, hosted by journalist and Top 40 musicologist Daniel Dullum, is accessed by logging on at www.kqcklive.com. This show was postponed from an earlier date. This week's show features the brief, but memorable history of Apple Records, The Beatles' custom recording outlet. Scheduled was a variety of Apple releases by the Fab Four -- both as a group and solo -- plus Mary Hopkin, James Taylor, Ronnie Spector, Chris Hodge, Doris Troy, Badfinger and the Modern Jazz Quartet. In the second hour, Rock and Roll 101 presents a tribute to Monkee Davy Jones, who passed away on February 29. "Handy Man" is the Cover of the Week, the featured album track is by Chris Farlowe, and the show concludes with the top hits for the week of March 18, 1967. Rock and Roll 101 is now heard at 4 p.m. on alternating Sundays at www.kqcklive.com. Future show dates are March 25, April 8, April 22, May 6 (subject to change).
