-- ACTHA – the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations – will host a seminar on “Collections, Bankruptcies and Foreclosures”
at the Rockford Public Library, located at 215 N. Wyman St. on January 14, 2012 at 10 a.m.
This seminar will discuss increase in foreclosures and delinquencies, their impact on associations and strategies Boards may adopt in dealing with this issue. There will be ample Q & A time where presenters can address other concerns. Marshall Dickler of Dickler, Kahn, Slowikowski & Zavell and Patricia Keating of Exclusive Condominium Management will be presenting on “Collections, Bankruptcies and Foreclosures”
This program requires a minimum of 15 pre-registered attendees in order to take place. This event is free to ACTHA members; $20 per person for non-members. Individuals interested may register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
