Starbase Aviation Hosts Hanger Grand Opening Celebrating Addison Airport Expansion

Dec. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Addison, TX (Nov. 30, 2011) – Randall and Sherry Reed, owners of local area Ford automobile dealerships, announce Starbase Aviation’s Addison location grand opening on Tuesday, December 6, from 5 to 8 p.m.  Starbase Aviation (www.StarbaseJet.com), a premier private air charter firm and management company, will be celebrating the opening of its new 12,000-square-foot headquarters with an exclusive cocktail reception and dinner in its private hangar at Addison Airport.  Hundreds of guest in attendance will experience the sights, sounds and taste of modern luxury.

The event will showcase several of Starbase Aviation’s luxury aircraft, which guests are invited to tour. The aircraft will include: a Legacy 600, Learjet 60 and a Cessna Citation CJ2.

Another highlight of the evening; an exhibit of luxury automobiles provided by Park Cities Lincoln and Prestige Ford, which premiere a stunning new line up of luxury and highly sought-after vehicles.

Catering will be hosted and provided by celebrity chef and restaurateur, Kent Rathbun of Abacus and Jaspers, among other popular restaurants. Clay Thompson from the Havana Boys Club is offering fine cigars and tequila tastings. In addition, there will be a variety of other elixirs and spirits available.

The Ricki Derek Trio’s musical stylings will transport guests back in time. Known for the ability to entertain like the famous crooners of yesteryear, visitors will think old blue eyes himself is on stage.

Many local celebrities will be in attendance including: Gene & Julie from KVIL, Andrea Ridout of the TV show Dig In and national radio show Ask Andrea (heard locally on 1190 am), among many others.

Located at 4555 Glenn Curtiss, Addison, TX 75001; Starbase Aviation’s new headquarters has not only expanded, it is in addition to the company’s Houston-area location. Starbase has been growing exponentially and needed another location to help meet the increased travel needs for customers out of the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
