Telford Business Partnership organises Christmas event with a difference

Nov. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Telford, Shropshire, UK: Telford Business Partnership will be hosting its annual festive event on Friday 2nd December at 5pm at the Park House Hotel in Shifnal.

Businesses from all over Telford will be taking part in the Christmas celebration, which will be rather different this year as, unlike previous years, there will be no traditional turkey dinner on the night. Instead members will enjoy a delicious hog roast and the sounds of a jazz band.

The Chairman of the Telford Business Partnership this year is Graham Davies, Head of Commercial Litigation and a Senior Partner at Martin-Kaye Solicitors in Telford. Mr Davies said: “We hold an event every year for our members to get together and for years it has always been a traditional Christmas lunch.

“So this year we decided to do something different and the response from our members has been extremely positive.

“They’ve signed up early to make sure they get their tickets, and many are bringing friends and other colleagues too.

“The event is not just for members – we’d be delighted to welcome anyone who’d like to come along and enjoy a Christmas celebration with a difference.

Guests at the event on Friday night will be entertained by The Millennium Eagle Jazz Band and there will be a collection in aid of the County Air Ambulance and Hope House.
