Flight Attendant Bloggers Launch Webseries To Provide Glimpse Into Building Their Network
Popular travel bloggers Bobby Laurie and Gailen David, previously known as “The InFlight Team,” launched a reality webseries to provide a glimpse behind the scenes of their internet travel network.
Now referring to themselves publically as “The Savvy Stews” the duo begins a webseries of the same name.
“Savvy Stews” follows the lives of the travel team as they explore the hottest destinations, try out the newest travel products and accessories, appear on national and regional talk shows and work together to build their travel network.
“I hope that this show allows our viewers and readers across the country to see that we truly do take our title as ‘experts’ seriously and visit destinations and try products before we talk about them through any of our mediums,” said David.
Though the pair works full-time growing their brand, they also work hard to convey that they are industry professionals.
“A lot of people don’t realize that we both work in the travel industry. That’s something that I hope sets us apart, not only do we love the travel industry for what it is, but we’re both flight attendants by day - which gives us a bit of an edge. Who knows how to travel better than those who do it every time they go to work? We live and breathe travel daily,” added Laurie.
New episodes of “Savvy Stews” are posted weekly and alternate between David in Miami and Laurie in Los Angeles. Other castmembers include David’s trusty side-kick Fergie and “Team Bobby,” consisting of Brad Smith and Patti Broughton.
The show launched on blip.tv and is quickly syndicating across the web. Tripflims.com, DailyMotion.com, and WebseriesChannel.com also now carry the series. The show is also viewable on internet TV boxes such as Roku and AppleTV.
