Doctor Headlight’s training facility features a new classroom and air conditioned shop area. Our 5-day training program covers each Doctor Headlight process from headlight relensing to custom modifications and assembly repairs. Doctor Headlight’s comprehensive training consists of a blend of classroom studies, on-hand shop training, retail customer appointments and new car dealership servicing.

Day one: Morning classes will begin with sales and marketing training focusing on commercial account acquisition and retention. Our dealers will learn how to step-by-step how to convert shops and dealerships who are using other services or even in-house systems. The afternoon portion of the day will consist of a comprehensive overview of each of Doc tor Headlights processes and troubleshooting techniques. The classroom lessons will cover external processes such as headlight relensing and taillight tinting, while the assembly repair lessons will focus on internal issues like HID haze flushing, manual headlight assembly repairs and customization processes ranging from HID installation to projector, LED strip and angel eye installation.

Day two: Day two will mark the beginning of hands-on training in our new air conditioned shop. Each student will practice spray techniques until they achieve a perfect epoxy application. They will then begin to practice the relensing process on actual headlights.

Day three: The students will continue training with trouble shooting and damage correction. The students will continue relensing headlights until they consistently yield a flawless finish.

Day four: The students will begin learning the flushing and manual repair processes on headlights ranging from $300 BMW assemblies to $2000 2011 Porsche Cayenne and 911 Bi-Xenon headlight assemblies. Doctor Headlight spares no expense to offer its students a comprehensive real world experience.

Day Five: A brief overview is given followed by a Q&A session before heading out to local Porsche, Jaguar and other high-line dealerships for servicing. The students will also service real paying retail customers allowing our new dealers to have the confidence backed by their new real world experience.
